What People Are Saying
- Rachel CourtneyI started attending Williamsport First Friday in 2019 right after opening my maple syrup business. This event allowed me to create a customer base and network with other business owners. I always felt welcome to Williamsport and celebrated as a maker. The Lyco Arts staff are helpful. Events are well planned and executed. Thanks for all your hard work!
- Ric JonesFirst Friday and the gallery openings are one of the highlights of each month. My nieces try to never miss it!
- Arthur SterngoldI have been attending First Fridays in Williamsport since they first started, and the most recent ones were the best I've ever gone to. For the first time in years, I felt proud to live in the Williamsport area and to patronize downtown stores and restaurants. Each event attracted an incredibly diverse group of people of all ages, lifestyles, and racial and ethnic identities, and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The Lycoming Arts volunteers are doing a fantastic job. Studies show that events like these truly make a difference in a city's economic development and downtown vitality. So, please keep up the good work!
